2021 Summer Sewing Camps
Hello! We've waited and waited for Hobby Lobby to open up their classroom again for classes and....we're still waiting. We've opted to move forward with a modified summer camp schedule. Classes will be held out of my home in Eagle Mountain. We recognize this is a limitation for many of our students and apologize! We're just as anxious to get the classroom at Hobby Lobby reopened as they are (and maybe you).
Camps this summer will be 3 day camps from 12-4 p.m. Students can sign up for as many camps as they would like. We will not require a packet purchase for new students and projects will be fairly fluid. Projects will be structured for beginners (drawstring bag, simple skirt, pillowcase). Returning students will have the freedom to work on whatever they would like.
Camp Dates:
*June 7-9 (Full)
*June 14-16 (1 spot)
*June 21-23 (6 spots)
*June 28-30 (7 spots)
*July 6-8 (7 spots)
*July 12-14 (4 spots)
*July 19-21 (4 spots)
Students provide their own fabric, thread, elastic, ribbon, buttons, etc. We supply the machines!
Cost is $125 for each 3 day camp ($10 an hour x12 hrs.) Snacks will be provided.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Further information and projects can be discussed upon registration.
To register please email Emily @ sewkidsutah@gmail.com.
