We
will be offering sewing camps on October 11 and 12 from 12-4 p.m. at
The Quilting Cottage in American Fork. Students can choose to do 1 or 2
days. Special camp cost is $10 an hour. Students can work on their
current projects or projects that have not been finished yet. We will
also have some fun new projects the students can do for Christmas
gifts. It's never too early to start! Class size will be limited to 8 students, first come, first served. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
1 class= $40
2 classes= $80
We provide the machines and miscellaneous sewing supplies and our students supply their own fabric, elastic, ribbon, thread, etc.
New students are welcome and encouraged to attend. Camps are the perfect time to learn to sew. We'll start at the beginning and get as much done in 4-8 hrs. as we can. New students are asked to purchase a simple skirt pattern for $4.50 Contact Emily for further information regarding camps and new students.
The following projects could all be done up in fun Halloween/Thanksgiving/Christmas fabric to give as gifts or to keep for yourself!
